I love a good dream, and we’ve got one for Camp Illiana.  The past has been great; however, you can’t live in it.  When that happens, your future fades…so we are “Stepping Into The Future” and dreaming of things to come.

Phase One is to eliminate the current loan, which is costing us about $30,000 a year in JUST interest.

Phase Two is to complete the renovation of our dining hall, including air conditioning and new clean up and wash area.

Phase Three is where the dream gets exciting!  We would like to construct a worship center on the site of the ‘old vesper’ area down by the lake.  If the land around the lake becomes available, we would love to buy it and expand the lake and possibly add cabins around the new and improved lake, thus allowing us to run multiple weeks of camp at the same time.  WOW…now that’s dreaming!  With the God we serve and the wonderful supporting churches with which we are blessed, I truly believe it can and should be done.
