Should the impacts of COVID-19 require your family to cancel your summer camp experience at Camp Illiana, the following options are available for your camp fees that have been already paid. 

We hope these options convey our desire to support our camp family while also providing opportunities for those who are invested in supporting the mission and longevity of Camp Illiana. If it is in your means to do so, we hope you will consider one of the following options below:


Full or Partial Fee Donation: We are a small camp that is mostly funded by camp registration fees. If you are in a position to donate any portion of your fee to Camp Illiana, you will help tremendously as we weather the economic impacts of COVID-19. (Please Note: Camp Illiana is a non-profit organization, so fee donations will be tax-deductible. We thank you for your generosity and on-going support.) Your donation supports meeting the year-round utility, maintenance, insurance, administrative operating costs ensuring the future of beautiful Camp Illiana.

Fee Credit: You may transfer the full balance of your current fees to credit good towards any future camp at Illiana within the next two years.  This credit will be in your account and will appear during the checkout process of future camp sessions, you will then be able to select the credit as a payment method. 

Fee Refund Minus Deposit: Your deposit covers third party transactions and database charges we incur per registration. Donating your $19 deposit will help Camp Illiana to cover these costs and staff time in processing them. 

Full Fee Refund Including Deposit: In an effort to assist families struggling during this time, we will make available a full refund. Please note that your deposit covers chargers collected by third party companies who process transactions. Refunding these fees is a direct loss for Camp Illiana. While we are happy to offer this option to support our camp families, we politely ask you to only request this option if necessary.

As the situation is rapidly changing, we encourage families who are not currently experiencing financial hardship to wait for more information before canceling their summer camp experience. Camp Illiana is in regular contact with Health Officials and will provide updates to camp sessions availability and communicate any required changes in camp guidelines.
