Dear Camp Illiana Family,
I assume you have come across many of these types of communications over the last week or so with the Coronavirus precautions. At Camp Illiana, we continue to move steadfastly forward. We are planning for summer camps and preparing to serve you and our church partners. We will all be ready for Summer Camp after a spring of slowing down and social distancing! Summer Camp is packed with outside adventure, fun, water, new heights, friends, worship, Bible study, and more — all leading to transformation. We will be ready for these moments with you!
We have such a blessed and diverse family at Camp Illiana! Many of you go back generations, and God uses you in unique ways to serve in His Kingdom across the entire world. It is truly inspiring to see how many of you come together to make Camp Illiana possible. A “thank you” doesn’t seem adequate! Each of you are part of God’s work to reach the lost and call workers to His Kingdom.
We prioritize a safe environment, and each decision is based on that priority. We’re also committed to being good citizens who take cues from our government officials concerning group gatherings, cleaning/sanitizing, and social distancing measures. We will continue to be flexible and adapt as the situation evolves and keep you informed of any changes.
Ben Miller, Executive Director
