  • We hope that everyone coming through our gates has a wonderful experience and we know that a big determining factor in that experience is sleeping arrangements. While we do not have the capacity to house each family in a separate room, we do our best to limit each space to two families. We understand that sharing a room with people we haven't met can be awkward at times, but this may also be an opportunity to make new connections! Each family will receive an email with their room number and who they will be rooming with to give you a chance to get to know your roommates before the weekend begins. Room assignments will be sent out shortly. If you have any questions or concerns about lodging, you may contact the Camp Illiana Office at (812)-254-3322 or at hello@campilliana.org

  • When you arrive at Camp Illiana, you can join us at the camp store to check in! There you can make payment before heading to your assigned room to unload. All adults coming will need to present their drivers license. It will be scanned according to our safe visitors program. During the check-in process you will also receive a map and scavenger hunt guide. We encourage you to walk through the scavenger hunt as a family as this is a good way to become familiar with the campgrounds and a refreshing way to start the weekend together. If you and your family are only coming for Saturday, check-in will be at the camp office.  

  • We do not have designated medical personnel for Family Camp weekend. We ask that each family keep watch over their own members in an effort to keep everyone safe. We do have first aid kits on site that are free for families to use if needed.   

  • The camp store and canteen will be open during the allotted times in the weekend schedule. There will be snacks, sweatshirts, shirts, hats, water bottles, and other merch available to purchase. All food and drink in the canteen will be sold for $1 a piece (water is no charge). The Camp store prices will be posted in the store and everything will be on sale! Make sure to stop by and get your Camp Illiana merch before it runs out!  

    • No pets are allowed 

    • A parent/guardian must be present with their small children at all times. 

    • Please stay out of the woods as they are full of poison ivy/oak/sumac
